Welcome to Hanoi

Locating right at the center of Red river delta, the origin of Vietnamese ancient civilization, Hanoi have been naturally chosen as the citadel of Viet Kingdom for many generations. Founded by the famous king Le Thai To in 1010 as the city of the soaring dragon (Thang Long), tempered through the fluctuation of colorful history, Hanoi are constantly growing, transforming to be a mixing culture city and become the financial, political and cultural center of Vietnam. Hopefully, all the EMNR 2016 participants will see the elegancy, beauty and hospitality here in Hanoi.
